Duplicate Estimate Header and Lines

Create a new Function to Duplicate an Estimate, including the Budget Lines.

Should need an option to ask if you want to copy through the Updated Prices from the Product File or use the stored cost/sell prices.

It would therefore need a function button to open a Popup Form to ask about the Pricing Update, and I guess it would be handy at that point to bring in the Job Name and have the ability to be able to select a different Job than the one they are on.

So the fields in the Popup should be:
New Estimate Name:
Job:
Update Cost/Sell Pricing? (Y/N)

All Copied Estimates will come across as "New" Status, and remove any links to Sales Orders which might have existed.
