Copy an Existing Job's Sub Jobs and Estimates and Estimate Lines to populate the defaults.

After you have created the Job Header with the part of the information of the Job, being the Customer, Project Manager, Type etc.

Have a new button labeled "Copy From" which gives you a Popup Window asking you what you want to copy from:

The fields will be:
1. Radio Button to select either Job Template, Past Job Estimates, Past Job Actuals
2. If you have selected Job Template then you will be asked to lookup which Template you want to use.
3. If you have selected a Past Job then it will ask for which Job you want to use.
4. Tick Box to select to use the New Cost/Sell Prices (if not, it will use the pricing from the template/past job)

When you activate to copy, it will populate:

1. Estimates

2. Any Sub Jobs (and linked Estimates)

3. All Estimate Cost Items under the copied Estimates.

All Copied Estimates will come across as "New" Status, and remove any links to Sales Orders which might have existed, this way they will be able to be used for new Quotations.

The Job Template and Past Job Estimates should have the same structure of the source of the data, so these will be easier to create the new estimates. The Past Job Actuals is a little harder as we will need to consolidate the data from the actuals which relate to the Jobs/Sub Jobs and build the estimates based on this information.

In Initially we can just have the option to Copy Past Job Estimates and then Job Templates, then finally Past Job Actuals.
