Lock Estimate after Attached to Confirmed Sales Order

The Estimates/Budget related to the Quote when it becomes a Sales Order as if we add more lines to the Estimate it is difficult to adjust the Sales Order afterwards.

This lock should stop add/change or delete the Estimate/Budget Lines.
