Lock Estimate when Approved Sales Order Related And Lost/Budget Status

If there is an Approved Sales Order related to the Estimate, then we need to stop all Changes on the Estimate other than changing to LOST.

When an Quote becomes an Sales Order the related Sales Order will put into Budget.

At this stage the Estimate will be locked as long as the Approved Sales Order is related to the Estimate. The only option you have is to change it to LOST. 

If you change to LOST then it will warn you to say, there is an Approved Sales Order (S0031) that exists, and you should also cancel this Sales Order.

Once the Sales Order is Cancelled then you will be able to change the Status freely until it is attached to another Sales Order.

When the Status is BUDGET or LOST, then you should not see the options to add/change/Delete the related lines, they should be Read Only.
