Change Estimate Status when Cancelling a Sales Order Options

When the Sales Order is cancelled then change the Status of the Estimate to LOST, TO QUOTE or DRAFT

Since there is no longer a Approved Sales Order related to the Estimate, it means the user can change it to whatever they want now.

A message will pop up asking what you want to do with the Estimates relates to the Sales Order.
1. "Adjust Quote" which will change the Status of the related Estimates to "Draft"
2. "Re-Quote" which will change the Status of the related Estimates to "To Quote"
3. "Lost/Cancel" which will change the Status of the related Estimates to "Lost"
