Global Option to Switch off Sub Jobs under Configuration

For customers which never have sub jobs, this option would hide all the options and fields relating to setting up a Parent Job, and Sub Jobs.

Changes in:

1. Job Type Setup

2. Job Header

3. New option under Configuration.

4. Job Costing Menus, Hide "Parent Jobs"
