Field Service App is another way to organise and breakdown the tasks to be done for a Job. It is related at the moment to a Sales Order Lines, but we should be able to link it to the Jobs from the Job Costing.

1. When creating a Job also add to the Projects for Field Service.
2. Create a Task for each Labour, Sub Contractor and Machine line from the Job
3. Show the Job Number/Name on the Project

4. On the Task, show the related Job Number/Name
5.Add the Job Number/Name to the list of Projects for the Field Service.
6. Related Timesheets to add to Job Costing, and link to the Estimate, Cost Item on the Job.
7. Link to the related Sales Order linked to the Job, Ask which Sales order if there are multiple related to the Job.

8. Allow for the option to change the Unit Cost and Unit Sell for the Employees under the Field Service Project Setup.

9. Add option under the Job Costing Settings to switch this function on or off.
