Status to move to In Progress on Actual Cost or Committed Cost is not Zero (If Estimated, Quoted or Won)

When the Job has either:

1. Actual Cost

2. Committed Cost

And the Status of the Job is
1. New

2. Estimated

3.Quoted

3. Quoted

4. Won

Then we should change the Status of the Job (and master Job) to Work in Progress.

Available for Odoo Version 17 and greater, contact us if you need it in an earlier version.
