Budget/Actual/Remaining + Progress bar on Job Timesheets and Machines Tab

Under the Job and the tab of Timesheets there is a field for "Initial Planned Hours" can this be renamed to "Total Budget Labour Hours" and show the total of the Qty of the hours in the Budget.

It it probably important that the Actuals for the Timesheets only include the LABOUR Cost items, as I know you can do time to non labour cost items.

Could we also add the same to the Machines Tab, so if they use machines they could see the hours remaining etc
