Internal Notes and Subbies Notes under the Estimates

Under the Estimate, there is a Text Box for notes which will attach to the Quote (Customer), but it would be good to have 2 more boxes.

1. Notes for Sub Contractors to attach to the Works Order created

2. Internal Notes to Print on the Job Card.
